About: Emma grew up in Owen Sound. She moved to Toronto and completed her B.Sc. in Environmental Science at the University of Toronto. From there she worked as a Web Specialist at TVOntario and taught Internet technologies at Seneca College and Humber College. Her volunteer work on software documentation has taken her as far as Bordeaux, France where she was an invited speaker at an international software conference. She moved "back home" in 2005 and now works as a Web developer and small business consultant with her firm xtrinsic. Her clients include both local and international firms with current contracts extending from Austin, TX to Toronto to Owen Sound.
